ADA Checklist

The entrance to our facility will not require
the use of stairs.
· All routes will be 36 inches wide.
· All routes that have curbs will have a cut off.
· All ramps will have proper slope ratio, and will include sturdy railings and slip resistant surfaces.
· Our facility will have ten accessible parking spaces that are the proper size length and width.
· All the doors in the facility will have automatic door openers.
· All public spaces will have access from the first floor. All isles in the facility will be 36 inches wide.
· Restaurants and hotel rooms can be access by the elevator.
· The hotel flooring will have low pile carpet for non-slippage.
· All emergency systems will have both flashing lights, and sirens.
· Signs and room numbers will be equipped with Braille letting, and will be mounted 60 inches from the door.
· Wheelchair seating will be available through out the hotel and spectator’s area for adventure activates.
· Our gift shops and bars will be no more than 36 inches high. Stairs will have a non-slip surface and rails on both sides.
· Elevators buttons will be no high than 42 inches and have raised Braille lettering.
· Each elevator will be equipped with an audio voice that announces the floor level.
· Each public restroom will have two accessible stalls in them, and all bathroom appliances will be automated.
· All telephones in the hotel rooms will have all the needed adaptations, and all signs within the facility will have Braille lettering.
