Suite Adventure’s main target market is the ages of 25-32, those individuals just starting a family. Even though this is the target market, the resort does not limit itself to only these individuals. Suite Adventure prides itself in providing for everyone, not the only one. The programs offered are meant to be accessible so that no matter the age or physical limit, everyone is welcome. Programs offered at the facility are vast with four different types of recreation. Every type of recreation has a specific time that is offered for guests only. The Suite Adventure Resort is expected to begin construction in spring of 2011. The resort will take about 18 months for construction with an approximated building cost of 25,000,000 dollars. Our marketing plan is comprised of a general flyer, event flyer, television commercial, and a logo. The plan will be launched about 6 months prior to construction completion. The resort report offers an executive summary, research, and program plan to provide an understanding of the facility. The schematics, rendering and LEED certification offers an outlook of the facilities appearance. With an operating budget, human resources, risk management, and marketing products, any onlooker will understand the final explanation of the resorts inner workings.
