Goals for risk management/safety—An emergency action plan will be taught to employees who will be tested on the information on a monthly basis. Also the resort will host local emergency team meetings to familiarize emergency staff to new hazards or areas of the building. On a weekly basis, a chain of command will be held to discuss new employees, new construction, or hazards.
Environmental goals-- The Resort will become LEED Certified and move up one level every five to ten years. It will be a high priority to maintain building and operating standards as the market changes.
Goals for accessibility/inclusion- The whole facility will be accessible according to ADA standards. Special programs will also be open for only people with disabilities such as adaptive scuba and inclined rock wall.
In order to evaluate the progress of these goals, all managers of the program areas will come together and meet once per month to discuss the quality and accuracy of these goals. A formal report will be written and kept on file to track progress. This committee of managers will also help to develop a master plan and see to it that each individual department is doing their part in completing it.
